Meet Adam Nauerth, Upstate, NY born and raised

My construction career started with masonry, commercial construction, painting, tile and carpentry. I’ve worn many hats in the industry, and enjoy the hands-on nature of the home-building process.

While working for a custom builder in Northern Virginia, Stahl Homes, I learned how to hold high standards—not only in quality craftsmanship, but high standards throughout the whole building process. Nauerth Homes was an idea born from that mentorship in 2019.

Our company prides itself on its standards of quality craftsmanship and our building process. We’re a family-based business that operates right outside of Syracuse, in Westvale.

  • I grew up in Brockport, NY and come from a blue collar family. My father worked in a factory and lumber yard, and I was the first in my family on his side to get their college degree. My mom grew up in the coal mines of West Virginia and had a career as a teacher.

    I earned my degree in Communications & Rhetoric from Nazareth University in Rochester, but after 4 years of marketing and sales, I found more passion in doing hands-on work.

    My wife of 11 years, Jenna is a physical therapist, originally from Syracuse and went to Westhill High School. Together we have two beautiful daughters, Charlotte and Georgia. My mother in law, Rosie, originally from Warners is our bookkeeper and keeps our accounting in check.
