We specialize in building on your own property. If you are looking for land and want help, please don’t hesitate to ask as we may have something for you.
Step 2:
Discovery
We begin with an introductory meeting with Adam and our trusted architects to understand your vision and set project goals. If you already have an architect you are working with, we can work with them instead. Once we verify budget alignment through a budget forecast, we move forward with a formal agreement.
Step 3:
Pre-Construction
Nauerth Homes is there from the first meeting through the finish line. From meeting with our architects to breaking ground, this pre construction step covers it all. This is where we dive into planning everything from the most miniscule details to those beautiful finishes you’ve always wanted. We will work side by side with each other to map out the home you’ve always wanted.
Step 4:
Construction
Execution drives our process. We manage schedules and budgets, uphold quality standards and work closely with our trusted trade partners—all while keeping you informed at every step.

Post Construction
